Cheap Legit Keys?

bittyboy72

I stumbled upon this website and I am not sure if it is legitimate or not.... I was wondering what everybody else though. I read the FAQ and it says that everything is so cheap because they buy volume licenses and pass the saving to you. I saw Windows 8.1 Pro for $69 and Sever 2012 R2 Datacenter for $499. These are crazy numbers especially Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter but I suppose if you buy enough it would drop the price....

I'm not 100% sure. What do you guys think?

i also doubt it to be legit. especially with the datacenter version. not that i would ever pay for a version of windows server ever.

It does seems like a to good to be true kinda thing. And if they are selling them so cheap because of a volume licence I wonder if that is even allowed in the terms of the volume license agreement with Microsoft.

That Datacenter version is a huge deal though. Searching for the standard license is how I found the site then I saw the Datacenter license for $499 and was like WOW!

honestly if you need a server to handle capacity like the datacenter edition, run linux and save your self some money and buy more hardware.

  • 2 months later...

I bought one at the beginning of October and it worked perfectly. Windows 8.1 Pro for $70 isn't bad.

I had to do a reinstall and am currently having to work with M$ to get it activated again (phone call didn't work) but it definitely works.

if your building a new computer you want to get Windows 8.1 OEM. $30 usd more you get a real copy of windows from Amazon for $99 usd.

the FAQ on their website can say anything they want, does not mean its necessary true.

just like this sentence -> I am the administrator of Linus Media Group.

Didn't say it would work :)

However, the feedback on that stuff is great on the reddit. Nothing more to say here :)

Or you can use a student license to get a discount, if you know anyone with one or if you have one.
