What's wrong with my chrome?

smangione

What's wrong with my chrome? Everyone once in a while it will start to push all pictures and text to the left side of the screen and not display anything nothing will load either. The only way i can fix it is to clear my browsing history how do i fix this so it doesn't keep happening? I'm not here to ask your opinions on browsers either just have to make sure i say this before posting bad experience other places lol

Chrome has been glitchy in general.

I have Chrome installed alongside Canary because I use the two for different types of browsing so that I can keep track of everything more easily rather than having to sign in and out of different profiles.

Lately the first time I open Canary after I boot the PC up Canary freezes and I have to shut it down through task manager, following the termination of the process it'll work without a hitch.

That aside I recently had to reinstall Chrome because it and Canary weren't playing well, having the same profile open on the same pc at the same time corrupted some of the files in the directory and I had to reinstall it.

Had to in the sense when I tried to open Chrome the process would be there but nothing would show up, it would just sit there.

spoiler may derail, I know OP said the intention of this post isn't about which browser is the bestPS. Not sure why the text is green at the end, there's no formatting on it.PPS. is it green for you to or is it just for me?

After having so many issues with Chrome I considered switching, but since most google services including youtube seem to be less seamless on other browsers and since Chrome simply feels more responsive regardless of what benchmarks say, I just can't switch

No idea, never had any issues with chrome. Maybe clearing cache/cookies, disabling hardware acceleration, or reinstalling chrome or your graphics drivers will help.
