GTX 970 and 980

According to this link from video cards: http://videocardz.com/52339/nvidia-geforce-gtx-980-has-2048-cuda-cores  The GTX 980 has 2048 CUDA cores and the 970 1664 CUDA's compared to the 2880 of the 780 ti and 2304 of the 780. The lower tdp is confirmed at this point to be between 150-180, although they list 175. I have no idea where Videocardz is getting their info and if it is accurate or not. The nda is lifted on September the 19th and Videocardz lists that as the launch date.... Meanwhile Gigabyte said the 900 series is launching in October. Videocardz has been wrong before formerly saying the 900 series would be at Gamescom. I take this with a grain of salt and would wait till the Game24 event for specs to be formally revealed.

guessing by how poorly the table is organized I wouldn't take this post too seriously

Videocards... They're pretty much never right.
