I want to know how will this perform in planetside 2. Like in 200+ player battles should i have it on medium or high? If anyone knows or play let me know please.

Thank you :3. I could max out even in 200+ player battles? Cause this graphics card really isn't that powerful.

What you should do.. like everyone else is Max out your game, Then turn off the most intensive things.

Antialiasing, Shadows, SSAO/HBAO, Are commonly the most intensive, if not playable yet, maybe lower resolution,...then lower other things and see if you can even tell... and find your sweetspot for smooth gameplay.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Just saying, Planetside can be really CPU heavy. I have a GTX 780 and 4770K, run the game at max settings @720p and STILL Can't pull a consistent 60 FPS in large battles.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Then theres definitely something wrong, my Tri-X 290 can max it out at 60fps in large battles on 2560x1080p

Planetside 2 is really GPU-efficient.

Problem is that CPU is almost always the bottleneck; even intel(just not as bad as AMD).

Why no one make benchmark of planetside 2 anymore?
Because it's impossible to do a consistent benchmark with the way player teleport across continents in RedeploySide2.

Anyone who has a sister hates the fact that his sister isn't Kasugano Sora.
Anyone who does not have a sister hates the fact that Kasugano Sora isn't his sister.
I'm not insulting anyone; I'm just being condescending. There is a difference, you see...

Because you cannot do comparable Benchmarks with Planetside 2, you are not able to reproduce the same scene, so it may be there was a 300 people battle with the 7970 being tested, but with the 660ti he was alone in the prary .

Sry for my bad english:)
