Blocking exterior sounds for yourself or via mic, for others in teamspeak etc.?

 

i mean house noise for example: people talking, tv, and other background noise

if youre listening something music / streams whatsoever if someone talks to you you wont listen anything

If isolation is the main concern, get a headset/headphone with active noise canceling.

Check Audio Technica ATH-ANC7 for active noise cancelling...

 

Try looking for a few closed circum-aural headphones like the Superlux HD660 too...
