Ethernet cable not recognized?

So I recently setup my PC, but when I plug in my Ethernet cable to connect to the internet - it is not recognized? I look under Network Adapter settings but it has a yellow "!". I right click, try to install the new Network adapter drivers, but it won't find them.

Anyone got Network Adapter Drivers to download or solutions?

Before you ask, I did restart my PC... Help please, this is the last step before I stop bothering you guys. :P

You double posted... Please remove one of your posts.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
