You might find a Canon Rebel T3 if you look hard enough.

Honestly these are the days where if you have good lighting it's getting harder and harder to tell the difference between a dedicated camera/camcorder and a flagship smartphone.

The only things that a dedicated camera/camcorder has that makes it worth the extra money would be optical zoom, better low light performance, and possibly external mic

The iPhone 4S has a great camera. If you have it already then it's great for making videos for Youtube.

Here's how to make the quality good

And the final result

I suggest saving up more money for a full-fledged DSLR. The EOS SL1/ 100D under $600 is an excellent choice.

Used Canon 60D would be a very good camera, and maybe the nifty fifty (50mm 1.8), would give you best bang for buck and decent videos, of street videos or you talking to the camera

Honestly your budget doesn't really leave room for much but my recommendation is to find anything that can record 1080p and invest in:

1. AUDIO, on board is shit, if you have to use your headphones that came with your phone and record your voice to the phone and sync it up later. A shitty mic placed close to the source will always beat on board audio.

2. Lighting, 3 point set up

3. Tripod, Get a decent tripod that has nice pan and tilt.
