99,650 Kbps = 99.650Mbps... I do believe you are missing a 0, in which case, you have the worst asymmetric connection I've seen at about 100/2....

No, 99,650 is almost 10 Megabytes per second.

Upload is 0.2 Megabytes per second. 

 

I really don't care about upload as I hardly use it.

omg,,, i really just divided shit by 100... i'm ashamed of myself. Gonna go sit in a corner and force myself to use IE 4 on Vista.

i get 35/3 and its like $50 cad and that was somehow a deal plus im only limited to 300GB
