Stubble vs. Beard

Judahnator

In one of my High School classes, we are required to get a job. Right now, the only decent place hiring is Taco-Time (i live in a small town).

There is no problem with that, but i would be required to either shave or have a full beard. I would like to go without shaving, but i dont know if i can quite cut the "full beard."

I saw on another forum someone referenced the heap paradox.

This is where if 1 grain of wheat is not a heap, then 2 is not.

If 2 is not, then 3 is also not a heap.

(skip a few million lines here)

And if 999,999,999 grains of rice is not a heap, than 1,000,000,000 is not a heap.

So where, if anywhere, is the line drawn between a beard and stubble?

EDIT: oookkk I get what you mean now *derp*... I would say a beard is when you can't see the skin under the hair.

I think a stubble or proper beard looks pretty bad on a high school kid, it either looks like they don't know how to shave or that they try to prove something with their patchy "beards".
