LTT 3DMark Thread

lol you don't have to I really don't mind!!, lol

Also Update for my Sky Diver score....

Benchmark: Sky Diver

CPU: i7 4770K
GPU: Vapor-X 280x
GPU Core: 1,100 MHz
GPU Memory: 1,1500 MHz
Score: 24356

For some reason it doesn't like the Sky Diver bench....  within the first 2 seconds the driver fails then recovers when I OC my card.... stock clocks it runs though...

With skydiver run like 30mhz from your firestrike stable and see if that helps.

But idk I may I may not. I'm not sure how I feel about swapping GPU's.

Well Firestrike was 1152 core and Skydiver ran at 1100, I'll try it at 1120 and see, mem clock matter?

It tends to matter in any benchmark.

I think I posted my old 960 scores on here before but now I'm running a 980, should I post my core clock according to gpu-z or firestrike?

1250 core 1650 memory and it was rock solid stable

But yours is nice, my lighting throws a fit past 1525 memory but it does 1250 core like its nothing. I'm waiting to hear from @rtsurfer about the T02 bios for the lighting.

So, this post seems to have slipped past my notifications.

But To5 is better, did you get it to install.?

Edit:-

Let me know if you need help with Bios install, sorry I wasn't too descriptive on OCN. Was feeling lazy, my bad.

I didn't do T05 cause I thought it was the hot bios?

It is Hot because its overvolted from the get go.

I measured with a DMM & the Voltage under load is 1.34V. Its impossible to cool that 'properly' with air cooler. My 1250/1650 run is from winter when it was cold outside.

You can use To5 on water, but Caution, I just found out that it seems to mess with the BIOS on the second slot, I was getting 1.4V under load. WTF.

Reinstalling the drivers & Afterburner, plus reflashing the second BIOS fixed that, but be careful & watch the volts.

Or you might end up with a paper weight.

Edit:- I have personally kept from posting that BIOS in public for this reason. Most people don't have the skill to handle it properly.

What about the T02 Bios?

To5 was supposed to be better, so didn't try To2.

It seems to be weak on memory from what I've heard.

My Gigabytes are screaming now.

Fire Strike Ultra
CPU: 3770k @ 4.5ghz
GPU: 2x SLI Gigabyte G1 Gaming 980 TI
GPU Core: 1520mhz
GPU Memory: 1953mhz
Graphics score: 9296

Overall Score: 8617

Not bad for Windows 7 (Windows 8.1 gives higher scores)

I can't seem to push them any higher becuase the core clock starts throttling in the first graphics test. Jumps down to 1350hz. I seem to be hitting the power limit even on these cards which is set to 130% (based on 300w). I could lower the voltage (which would use less power) but then I'd worry about stability.

3D mark just bugs on detection on some setups.

You wouldn't get that Physics score at 800Mhz.
