LTT 3DMark Thread

I would agree...for a GPU comparison, a real one, the GPU score should be the only thing that really matters.  28k for 480s is pretty impressive.

GTX1060 may be able to do "SLi" in the near future with DX12. This is if the application supports EMA it should be able to pool all available GPU's and use them.

Aren't the 480's limited to 2-way Crossfire now too though?

Not that I am aware of. AMD has said it supports all the way to 4 way.

Awesome. There were people saying that they were following what Nvidia was doing when the cards first launched so hopefully they didn't go through with that.

AMD statement “The response to your question about 4x CrossFire support is multi-layered. In DirectX 12, it will always be up to the developer to do this, and with LDA [linked display adapters] you can scale actually even further if you like. CrossFire will still exist in DX11, and we’re not restricting it to two GPUs, but it’s sometimes difficult to extract scaling beyond 3 GPUs.”

Had to play around in the voltage and boost tables a little bit more, but was able to get it to run at 1577 / 2153 and get me the 6.5k graphics score I had been looking for.  Not a significant increase in overall score, but....I hit the target I was shooting for.  = D

Nice.   Heads up for when you start pushing that 5820k higher for higher scoring runs.  The physics test in Time Spy is more demanding and harder to complete than FireStrike.

Time Spy physics test looks way prettier too.

4.8 core 4.4 cache http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/13463369? Probably going to just try and pull cache higher a bit.
