RAM running at 1333

i bought 16 gb ram that should run  at 1866 but the task manager on windows 8 says that my memory is running at 1333 , in my bios i dont have a xmp option , and my mobo is z97-g55 sli from msi

Set it to 1866 in the bios.

Load XMP profile sir at OC tab
