G.Skill's brand new line of DDR4 memory has arrived - it's name is Ripjaws 4, and it is pretty darn impressive.

At an overclocked speed of 4004mHz, the Ripjaws 4 is the current world record holder for the fastest overclock on DDR4, adding yet another record to the impressive total they accumulated at Computex 2014.

G.Skill is certainly a company to watch as DDR4 matures.

If you're looking to upgrade to X99 and need to pick up some DDR4, be sure to check out what G.Skill has to offer using the links above.

I posted this in the youbute comments, but I am really intrested in this so I though I would comment here as well.

What I would like to see; as requested:
I would love to see some videos on the productivity improvements on the x99 set and a look into the difference Between DDR4 and DDR3 with a special look at how the MUCH higher CL times compared to normal DDR3 affect preference and the benefits of quad Chandal memory

God id buy it just on its name alone. Sounds like some military tank name for anti mine blasting thingy thing. Maybe linus could do a build just on hardware thst has a hard name and sounds like it would beat you up for playing moshi games.

tech question. What areas would i gain performance on a noticeable basis with this ram? As in, is it more of a workstation worthy ram stick or a gaming rig style. Also is it worth it at the current moment or better to wait for more advancements in DDR4 memory

i mainly game but i have a hybrid build for high end gaming and medium end workstation, starting to get more into 3D software

hmm what outrageous lie to put here.....
