I've seen 280(x)'s go for roughly that much on a good sale, but if you are feeling adventurous and don't want to wait for one you can go on ebay and try your luck.

GTX 760 or R9 270X. Research them and decide what you'd prefer, I'd go for a 760 but it's your choice.

Probably the R9 270, pretty sure that's around $200. USD at least.

r9 280 is 199$.
