12.5MB/s. Might be getting 25MB/s soon as 200Mb/s has become avalible in my area, used to get 600KB/s xD

speedtest.net says just under 3 megs, but steam says about 450 KB/s

They are different things. Speedtest measure Mb/s and steam/downloading is MB/s. MB is 8 Mb, so divide speedtest result by 8 and you should have true download speed.

I'm paying $100 a month to Telstra (Australia) for whats supposed to be a 10mbps connection but i have never seen anything go faster than 900kbps on steam :(

It used to be 4.5Mb/s but now that Steam has released the speeds I get full 11Mb/s.

1.5 MB/s for me. Origin is 300KB coz their servers suck

My friend gets 200KB/s if he is lucky

 

but that is because in Scotland the internet is terrible

Its probably because you are paying for 10Mb/s which is 1.25MB/s as 8Mb = 1MB

Around 3 MB/s which is about maximum speed for me... not like Uplay... I downloaded splinter cell for over a day...

450KB/s on a good day but usually more around 430KB/s. I used only get 250KB/s at most until i found another phone port in the wall :D Still nothing compared to what most people here are getting >.>

Around 700KB/s. On some days i get 1.2MB/s
