I can't say anything about that one, but the Corsair Vengeance 2100 is amazing. And wireless. If you want a wired you can get a cheaper 1000 (USB)/ 1500(Analog Audio).

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Get the Plantronics Gamecom 780, the mic is great and really good sound. Very comfy too.

I currently own the g430's.  My previous headset was the Corsair vengence 1500 and I liked them better.  I found the 1500's more comfortable and a better gaming experience because I found them to be more submersive in the game.  The G430's are noise canceling but the mic is open to the headset, they pipe surrounding noise into the headset.  Have you ever heard someone with an open mic during games? I didn't think it would be that big of a deal, and i even thought I would like being able to hear the surrounding noise like someone calling me or my phone ringing, but I really don't care for it after using it and find myself often manually muting my mic to shut it off...  Maybe there is somewhere in the software to turn it off but the little time I have spent looking I haven't found that option...

If you must have a headset, get the HyperX Cloud. Much better than the competition. The smart choice would be to get headphones + microphone, though.
