Keyboard + Mouse -> PS3 Options

NerdNinja

Ok. So right now I know of two option to use kb and mouse on a console(aka potato's)

1. IOGEAR Keamandr ~ $80

2. XIM edge (Discontinued but working on a successor ~ $120)

both are more than I'd like to spend but I'm willing to use the IOGEAR. However I've heard the software isn't great. Where as the XM allowed you to edit in game.

Do you guys know of any better options or could

you find a xim for a fair price?

The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Only Abate, Axe, and Wobbles can save us.

Personally i don't bother with fancy software when i use KB and mouse on Ps3, then again i only used it for Dust 514 during its `Beta period.

IMO use whatever works for you, i vote for nothing special, just a plain old KB and mouse.

I have a keyboard and mouse, however. It only controls YouTube and similar things. Not in game movement.

Well in that case the game flat out dont support KB and mouse, but if software like you mentioned earlier fixes that then...good?

But to be honest with you those prices are overkill and not worth it...

Looks good but pricey, Plenty of alternative companies are releasing these so you may find a bargain somewhere from one of em at a good price.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
