Intel or AMD

At firs NO I do not want to start a war  :D I'm just really confused...

Ok so Intel is better in single core performance BUT for the price of dual core i3 you can get unlocked six core FX-6300 (at least here in Bulgaria)

Intel

Ok so I want to overclock and I think that this motherboard can do the job http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5103#ov or am I wrong ?
I was thinking about getting the new Pentium G3258 and to OC it (just to learn how to overclock I still can't) and then just swap the chip with something like 4790k...
I want for the sistem to run at first with the integrated GPU (from the mobo) and the add Dedicated one (just to make the things cheaper) and I would like to do the same with the RAM but unfortionately the motherboard In the support list of the motherboard I can't find 4GB single stick of RAM only 8 (maybe other motherboard support single stick of 4 gigs)... I would like to stick with the gigabyte for the mobo... (like brand not that specific model).

AMD

Oh man.... I would like to go with the FX-6300 and then swap it for something like 8320 or 8350 BUT the motherboards.... eighter too expensive or too rubish.... I mean gigabyte make them BLUE for the AM3+ socket and the expensive ones are black... Seriously blue motherboards it is not 1980 or I am missing something.... Ok that was for AM3+ pretty much dead socket...
Now the reborn one FM2+ I was thinking of getting Athlon 860k and http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4745#ov and to use my old PC's case (standart case) and then put it in something like CM elite 130 BUT I don't think that this CPU can cover my needs... I will do programming, video editing (light but still),maybe tweaking with some game engine like unity 3d (I have lots of free time so...)and some gaming AC Unity,Black Flag ,BF4 ,Far Cry 3,4 (my PC is weak so I missed some games (most of the games :D ))BUT it is not primary for gaming....

My budget is $500-$600 I'm from Bulgaria so some prices are different...

Here is the Intel Build I am thinking of http://nikem-bg.net/cart/51771p1r2082p1r1002735p1r44433p1r1000587p1rf.html 668BGN (little bit less than my budget BUT without GPU) I will choose the GPU after the release of AC Unity and Far Cry 4 (Yes the PC is not going to be build before november at least)

One more thing about the GPUs I was aiming for R7 260X or GTX 750Ti just mentioning....

With that budget, i would get an FX-8320 and overclock it. The boards can be found for decent prices.

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro | PSU: Enermax Revolution87+ 850W | Motherboard: MSI Z97 MPOWER MAX AC | GPU 1: MSI R9 290X Lightning | CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k | SSD: Samsung SM951 128GB M.2 | HDDs: 2x 3TB WD Black (RAID1) | CPU Cooler: Silverstone Heligon HE01 | RAM: 4 x 4GB Team Group 1600Mhz

Oh lol Intel Core I3 can beat the fx-8320 easy what are you even thinking?

On a serious note I would go with something like GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev 3 or a Sabertooth 990FX.

...

Cores do not count, concurrent execution threads do. An i3 has 4 concurrent execution threads. An FX-6300 also has 4 concurrent execution threads.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I have made this system for you: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jYWMMp

Thats the best price i can get on the components. I had to go with the 6300 over the 8320 due to your budget, i did however pick out an 8+2 power phase motherboard so that you can do some serious overclocking. The motherboard is also black (actually it's kinda a dark brown, in a dark coloured case you won't notice) so that it fits a nice colour scheme. I know you are in Bulgaria, but i hope with gives you a good idea of what you may be able to get as obviously i'm not sure on the cost of components in Bulgaria.

How about this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cvqYRB

Have removed the case and added a better GPU and managed to squeeze in an  FX-8320.

And here we go again.... http://nikem-bg.net/cart/50087p1r47524p1r3010p1r1002735p1r44433p1r50071p1rp0rf.html I can't find the PSU and HDD and changed them a little bit... BUT some things are seriously overpriced $1=1.40 BGN the cheapest R9 270X is 349BGN...

And things like 212 Evo I am going to buy after the PC is build (don't get me wrong you made a $600 PC but the prices are different here.... usually $600 is 800BGN but in some cases the things are different...)

Is it any cheaper for you to import the items from another EU country? As far as i know you wouldn't have to pay any import duty, but they MUST be ordered from a company based in the EU.
