Corsair SP120 Soldering/ PCB troubles - HELP

I was just disassembling my SP120 in order to paint and at the very last minute i noticed that in the process one of the wires became unsoldered from the PCB , its a tight fit for the soldering iron i have so i was wondering what to do , get a new fan, try soldering and potentially melt the plastic or try removing the PCB ( however i don't know how to ) I will appreciate any feedback :)

Dam the Nexus 5 and its terrible focusing this took many minutes to capture *shakes head*
