There is no point in going an APU then taking a graphics card that cannot run in crossfire with the on-die GPU. You can do better than this, give me a moment to make you a build.

dont buy the v300, it has a new firmware making it as slow as a normal HDD, please buy a Samsung 840 evo (we got 3 of them - all working fine) or a Crucial mx100

No point in skimping towards a non-k CPU when he can get a 8320 for less and still be able to OC (OC'd 8320 will wreck a 4440). Also the money saved with going 4440 is not even remotely going to finance an SSD and taking an SSD in this build will not happen unless you go overbudget by a substantial amount or if you sacrifice a good chunk of performance. An SSD should only be gotten if you don't sacrifice quite a bit of performance by doing so.

seagate hdds are the slowest hdds ......

its being used as a storage drive, so speed really doesnt matter

Hey there, @pugh93!

I would back up @CATSLUVER420 on the suggestion about a WD Black drive.

They would fit much better in your rig due to their performance capabilities.

WD Black drives have 7 200 RPM with 64 MB cache and are specifically designed for demanding high-end applications.

I recommend you check them out and see for yourself:

However, if you are just going to use it as a storage drive and the slow speed wouldn't bother you, then you should be satisfied with a WD Green drive as well.

They are reliable and consume less power with 5 400 RPM and 64 MB buffer size as well.

Good job on the build improvements.

Hope this helps you though. :)

I hope I can help with any storage issues that you may have!  ;)

Considering this is a budget gaming rig, I had full focus on FPS , while keeping other things in mind as well. The GTX 770 will be a blast to own. The WD blue saves you quite a bit , upgrading to black here isn't going to deliver any extra performance, also , I skipped the SSD. This is fully gaming focused , nothing else in mind. So tell me if there is something you don't like .
