Hey ! i have a K52f Asus laptop with a i3 Pentium 2.13GHz P6200 cpu and 3 GB of ram any recommended upgrades ? i am struggling to find any thing 

 

And is it possible to upgrade the Cpu

SSD and moar RAM

I'd suggest the lenovo y50 if you can afford it.

Get an SSD. It makes everything seem faster, but then again - it depends what you do on your laptop. For general use a SSD will make a pretty big difference even with outdated hardware.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

RAM and SSD.  Though in all honesty, just save up and get a new laptop instead imo.  Because you could either get more RAM and an SSD, or you could save up a bit more and get a better laptop with at least 4GB of RAM and a decent sized hard drive.

I upgraded the processor, ram and an ssd to a laptop I had since 2008. Runs amazingly. Better then several more "powerful" ones I have bought since.

What can be done upgraded do so if you have the money to spare and don't mind a small project.

Main RIg Corsair Air 540, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz
