HTC One M8 Windows Speculation

Anyone have any ideas when the HTC One M8 Windows will become an unlocked phone? They already revealed that it will be available for AT&T "soon" but I have cricket and am wondering when I will be able to get my hands on it. I wanted to get the Nokia Lumia 930 but my service provider cricket doesnt support LTE with that specific phone because of the bands used. It sucks but I really want the M8 for Windows.
