My dad's pc says that needs to update drivers of a "uknown device"

The 4 years old laptop recently said started putting a emergent window about some uknown device that wont work until we upgade the driver or someting...

Look in device manager and if you see a yellow triangle with this "!"  beside a unknown device then you will have to find a driver for that.  You can do this by going to driver identifier.com and make sure you don't click the Giant Green download buttons only use the direct link.  then find the driver that you need and download it.  For username use Q and email use q2112@no.no it will work.  I use this site for all of my drivers that are hard to find and it is trust worthy as long as you know what you are doing.

Could it be malware?  I've never seen that before unless its with some malicious software was doing it.
