CPU Integrated Graphics Voltage?

So I have an overclocking build using the Intel Pentium G3258. The overclocking's been pretty nice so far. I can hit 3.8 GHz at base voltage and only reach a maximum of 70C on full load stress test.

However, once I reach 3.9 GHz, I crash barely 1 minute into any stress test. I turned the voltage up to 1.2V (from 1.07V) and it still crashes 4 minutes into the stress test. I did some browsing online and found that the discrete graphics was eating up the power, since I don't really need to do some serious gaming until December, when I get a break from school. I also "may" have overclocked the discrete graphics to 1300 MHz. I found that there's a CPU Graphics Core voltage option, set at 0V right now.

This may sound like some stupid questions, but I'm pretty new to overclocking, so here are my questions:

1. Would adjusting the CPU Graphics Core Voltage give the discrete graphics by itself its own power and stop eating up my CPU Vcore Voltage and let me push my overclock higher (I heard people hit 4.0-4.4 GHz on stock cooler)

2. What in the world should I set my CPU Graphics Core Voltage to?

Edit: I can't get a discrete GPU right now, don't have the money for one. Please don't suggest "just get a graphics card"

What you should do is turn the iGPU off and use a discrete GPU, it would be easiest. (if you have the option?)

I would, but I don't have any spare GPUs laying around and I don't have the money for a graphics card right now :P

So you can't go on Craigslist and pick up something like a used GT 220?
