How to remove keyboard layout in Windows?

failblox

I have no idea why my computer is like this, but I have two US/Canadian English keyboard layouts, and I can't seem to figure out how to remove one of them.

It appears to me though that's there's only one keyboard.

I'd like to have one US/Canadian English keyboard layout (doesn't matter which one, unless there's a difference between the two) and a Canadian Multilingual Standard layout.

It's annoying me and any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated :)

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

You have a "English (Canada) US Keyboard" and a "English (United States) US Keyboard" because Canada and the US use [slightly] different dictionaries. US Keyboard is the layout of the keyboard (vs. something like the UK layout).

Sadly, I have no idea how to change the keyboard settings on Windows 8, but hopefully I was able to explain the difference :)
