G3258 + z97 PC Mate Overclocking?

need some help, not quite sure where to begin. can someone explain in a dumbed down way of what to do 1st and the steps i should take when trying to overclock? seen videos and guides but none with my specific motherboard.. just want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Intel extreme tuning unlity. It's simple and easy.

It's probably easier if you're just starting out.

hmm, what are temps i should watch out for and voltages, l;ike whats bad and good

AMD under 62C, Intel under 72C for pretty decent overclock, 90 for a big overclock.

with the G3258 try to keep between 1.2volts and 1.3 volts for 4.5ghz overclock.
