out if those two I'd go with the XPS.

(I'd suggest taking a look at the lenovo y40!)

Also what do you plan to use the laptop for?

i'm looking for a ultrabook within the 1.5kg range. preferably less, hence these two.

i don't need discrete graphics for the laptop, just light usage like excel spreadsheets, word, chrome and youtube etc.

hm, seems like the xps is more popular.

although i really like the s7 ID

is it worth going for the xps if it came down to wireless ac vs n

since for both models i'm looking at that's the only difference.

i7 4500u, 256gb, 8gb, 1080p

I would go with dell, ive just always had a great experience with them and if something of theirs breaks then they have pretty amazing customer support.
