Difference between these 2 mousepads?

I have both of those and the only difference I really noticed was how they are made. The speed edition is the one I recommend because it has a nice smooth surface whereas the control matt has a sort of mesh. The control one gets warn down very quickly because of the mesh so I wouldn't recommend it.

I have the control edition and it is quite horrendous. It does not feel good after extended usage because of the surface being rough and scraping my wrist.

Speed means smooth surface for as little friction as possible. It allows the mouse to glide effortlessly, but can feel slippery to some people. Control has a more rough surface meaning you need more strength to move the mouse, making it harder for the mouse to do sudden unintended movements. Control style can feel fatiguing though.

They seem to be exactly the same but one says "speed" and other says "control" .... i thought every mousepad was supposed to have best accuracy as possible? im confused now.

The speed one has less friction than the control one. The mouse will glide more over it. I still prefer the control edition
