Please explain (like how would I move my OS and stuff from current drive onto the PCI SSD?

Definitely the 850 Pro if talking about standard 2.5 inch drives, but I would rather get a PCI-E based SSD due to the higher through put/speeds allowed by PCI. Think of the speed of PCI-E SSDs in Raid. I just had a Storagasm just from the thought of it.

If you look at some reviews, the difference between 850 pro, 840 pro, 840 evo, crucial mx, intel 530 and 730 are not thaaaat great. You probably won't even notice.

 

I would get the 840 pro because the 850 pro might have a few issues since it's new. In a few months, the 850 pro for sure, as long as money grows on your garden.
