Any changes to this build?

Change out that power supply to something more well known, I've heard some horror stories from Raidmax. Something low end like the Corsair CX600 would do well, EVGA also has some good 500-600 watt power supplies that I see a lot of people recommeding. Maybe if you could stretch your legs a tiny  bit and get an R9 270. But everything else looks fine

Intel Core i7-5820K (4.4 GHz) | Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB  | 2x 360mm Custom Loop (Noctua iPPC) | ASRock X99 Extreme6 | Samsung 840 EVO 250GB | Fractal Design Define S | Corsair HX750 | Windows 10 | Corsair M65 RGB PRO | Corsair K70 RGB LUX (CherryMX Brown) | Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro & Creative Sound Blaster Z | Nexus 6P (32GB Aluminium) | Check out my setup: Project Kalte Here!

i actually had the corsair cx500 but some guy reccommended the raidmax, it had a higher w and it was cheaper so i switched the parts lol. i'll switch back to the corsair, unless you think 500w isnt enough?

what about this psu? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

Raidmax seems very sketchy. That XFX power supply is I think a Seasonic re-brand, if you didn't know, Seasonic arguably makes the best Power Supplies, so I would have no problem trusting it.

It has a fair amount of reviews on Amazon, and it' Asus, I wouldn't have trouble trusting them (I know I sound like a fanboy). However, to be completely honest, that motherboard has a 970 chipset, and I would recommend having the 990FX chipset for an AMD FX-8320. Since the 970 may hinder the 8320's performance. I would recommend the Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0, however, it is a bit more pricey, at $135 USD on Amazon, I don't know if you can extend your budget anymore. But I'm a proud owner of it and have had no problems with it. But you can take my advice with a grain of salt because I don't own that 970 motherboard nor can I prove what I have said is 100% true.

XFX psu are indeed built by Seasonic. The P1-550S-XXB9 model is a good choice.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
