Posted August 31, 2014 I know this is going to sound crazy but is it possible when the game is installing certain features that both games need to access during an install (Direct X install or something similar) it causes the freezing up? I honestly can't remember the last time I installed multiple games at once on one computer. I am not sure if I have ever done that. Could this issue be software related and not hardware related? Too many ****ing games! Back log 4 life! :S

Posted August 31, 2014 So what should I do I could suggest RMA but that is inconvenient. It could also be a RAM issue, are you using 64-bit windows or 32-bit? Posted August 31, 2014 64 and RMA which part exactly The HDD's but I'd rather not see you do that. Check the BIOS and check whether they are in AHCI mode, check whether all of your RAM is being detected and check your HDD temps using speccy. If your HDD's are hot they will slow down RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo Need a console killer that actually shits on every console?
