C# SMS Bomber

I'm currently making a SMS Bomber in C# would It be smart to put something like 

"I'm not responsible if you break any laws.etc while you are using this program?"

Just don't to get in trouble.etc

Doesn't matter. It's not illegal to SMS bomb.
