Get one with 2 x16 3.0

I get that LOL, can you please reccomend me one, I'll end up like last time when I got that crappy asrock for $120 when I could of got a sabertooth for $10 more used..

LOL come on xD... Which would you get??? They are within $10 from eachother and I can live with both, please look at features and mobo stuff and pick the best hahaha

IDC about what My PC looks like, It's low end compared to my friends MPower max and 4770k 750D and 2 780s lol. I have a crap Bit fenix merc alpha... once again what would you get?
