Best 280x and best 290

Hey guys, so I'm looking to try and include a 280x or a 290 into a build that I'm doing and I'm looking for the best ones of each of these. 

 

Please try and help me out. 

 

I live in the US and there is a microcenter near enough by but I'm looking for the best of both and being cheaper is better. I'm trying to spend between 250-400 but please keep to around 300-350 for both as that will be more obtainable for me.

The Vapor-X is the best but there isn't that much of a difference in performance between similarly priced cards. Just get the cheapest aftermarket one you can find if you're looking for value.

Is there one that is similar to these that is red though?

Tri-X is yellow, The asus cards are red but they have problems with the 280/280x

Vapour-x is the best strictly speaking. It's binned, runs very cool and very quiet

The Tri-x (sapphire) and PCS+ (Powercolour) run not far behind.
