Yeah, its fine. Onboard audio is more than sufficient for all but the audiophiles.

P.s. do you have that board already?

You cant install 3 cards into that board if one of them is a gpu.  GPU needs to go in the PCIe 16x slot at the top.  That's going to cover the 4x slot under it and all your left with is legacy pci slot.  Good luck finding a wireless ac card thats pci.  You either need to get a usb wireless adapter or a better board.  My vote is better board.

Or a pcie riser.

But mATX am3+ should be avoided anyway.

I wouldn't get a mATX am3+ board. They're terrible. Either go ATX, Intel, or FM2+ (X4 750k).

For Intel, get a z97 board. as updating the bios without a pre-devils canyon chip is a pain.

any help finding a good its lga1150 broad then; check other components

I really want to use the pentium anniversary and overclock it.  Besides, I'm on a tight budget for this build.

Any Z97 board will do. There are two reasons why you're better off with z97 over H81, h87, z97, and h97.

Only H97 and Z97 officially support the G3258 out of the box, all the others require a bios update, which either need a usb-flashable bios (usually only on higher end boards), or a pre-devils canyon chip to install a new bios. and the Second reason is that with a Z97 board you can easily upgrade to a 4690k/4790k/5670k/5770k and overclock (something which isn't easy to do on a board which doesn't have the physical hardware to run a hard overclock). Also, Z97 boards are only marginally more than the alternatives. So, its definitely worthwhile going Z97.

You had talked about the Corsair 380t, so that also means you're considering a mITX board. Two problems with this, one the 380t is unite expensive, and second mITX boards also usually carry a premium. So going for a mITX build on a very tight budget isn't usually optimal--unless of course EXTREME portability is absolutely required. But as far as I'm concerned carrying around a mITX build vs. a mATX or small ATX isn't any easier--I don't really see a mITX build (380t, 250D, Node 304, etc...) to be any easier to carry than something like an N200 or Source 210 (but maybe thats just me).

TL;DR I'd do something like this:

Two final points.

First off, if your friend might have any intention to SLI/Xfire in the future, I would opt for a reference Nvidia card that way you can run them together (and I'd also consider opting for a larger psu so he won't have to upgrade the psu too).

Secondly, if theres room in the budget, I'd also try and throw in an ssd--Crucial MX100 or Samsung 840 Evo (120 or 250gb)
