How to add LED Lights to my Case?

How? What type of LED's do i need to buy? Is this even possible?

No matter what don't get cold cathodes they are huge and clumsy

Buy LED strip(s), not cold cathode lighting. They can plug directly into a fan header or if they're male molex, directly into the power supply.

I have them and they are very hard to hide plus very hard to fit in places 

thus making it look more ugly

Yes they are some of the best LED strips. You can choose from a bunch of colours and lengths to fit your build.

I've got a sort of Black and White themed build now in a 350D, should I get like a white strip in there? Never done any lights ever in my build(s).

Phobya flexlight is another name to google for.

 

Edit: or go full on and get a NZXT hue for full control over color, brightnes and modes.
