Vortex PKX7500 Race II Opinions

After much grief trying to source a 75% mechanical keyboard in the UK I've finally found a place where I can get one imported from here!

 

I've looked at the Noppoo Choc Mini M2, which I would have had a preference for had it been available. As well as the Keycool 84 II, which is crap because they turned away from cherry switches... Leaving the Race II as the only applicable and available candidate.

 

As a final component of my research I wanted to ask what the opinions on this board were from our community. I'm also intended to mod it with these (I nether need nor want engraved key caps) and some purple cherry colour changers. However considering the difficulties highlighted here can anyone relate any similar experiences of this kind of thing with this board?
