Amazon has purchased Twitch.tv for just under $1 billion

-Earlier reports suggested Google would buy Twitch

-Rumors of Amazon positioning to purchase Twitch began and a few hours later, the announcement came out.

NVIDIA will apparently skip 800 series desktop cards and next generation will be 900 series

So steam in-home streaming got bumped up....but you still can't stream a higher resolution than the base computer (unless you "make" that screen a higher resolution). I really think you should be able to stream whatever resolution you want :/

There was a GT300 series, it was OEM only. I have 2 GT330s.

I paid full price for the witcher 2, saw Geralts face, and uninstalled.  Yes, I'm that shallow.  But I can't endure that entire game looking at that face.

I am impelled not to squeak like a grateful and frightened mouse, but to roar...
