Looking for a Capture card

I am looking for a external capture card for 1080p at 30+ fps, I need it to be reliable and slighty durable. I want to use it for recording or even streaming from my pc. It could use displayport or HDMI for video input. I looked around myself and couldn't find a reliable one. I use windows 8.1 64-bit.

What about this? Avermedia LGP http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100150&cm_re=avermedia-_-15-100-150-_-Product

It records 1080p 30fps, but also has a PC free mode for console, or other devices. it also has a h.264 encoder built in, so it takes less CPU power.

Avermedia Live Gamer HD/portable/lite. I use the Portable, It's brilliant. It works with even fairly low end laptops and it doesn't have horrible software. That said, I haven't used any other capture cards.
