CPU Cooler on a budget

Hi guys,

 

Im looking for a new CPU cooler thats not too expensive ~$40-$50 to replace the stock cooler on my AMD Phenom II X6 1055T (AM3 socket).

 

I recently upped the load on the server and its making too much noise.

 

i must fit into a midi case! xD
