Best air cooler in under 120mm in height?

Hello, i'm wondering whats the best air cooler under 120mm. I would go for a watercooler but after my first h80i's pump broke. I want reliability. I'm going to be upgrading to a Air 240 in the months to come. (to save size and stuff) 

Right now i'm running a G3258, but later might go for X99 or I7 4790k/5770k

Any good options for me or is watercooling the best?

Best is subjective, but the Noctua NH-C14 should do nicely.

air 240 only allows really 130mm height on the cpu cooler for the side panel to close.

 

edit: but if nothing else exists in that I guess maybe i'll get a Caselabs s5

If you are upgrading to X99 might as well get water cooling, as most small air coolers are simply not good enough.
