HTC M8 Custom ROM?

Hey guys

 

I have a beautiful red M8, and for my annoyance there is no black and red theme, as it would be gorgeous.

I saw that as themes cannot be modified in original ROM, I started to think about flashing some ROM on it (no Kernel I am happy with the speed)

My problem is that I have experience with them on S2, but it was unstable, hard on battery and slow.

 

How good Custom roms are there for M8?

Is there any that based on original ROM, but allows to modify the skins?

The Google Play Edition ROM is awesome

Cyanogenmod will you do fine with the integration of the them engines
