How much watts?

cobra911

Here are my specs:

Intel Core i7 2600k (4.4Ghz)

Corsair H100i water cooler

2x EVGA Geforce GTX 660 SLI mode

Asus Sabertooth Z77 MoBo

Crucial M4 128 gb SSD

5900 rpm 2TB HDD

Rosewill Xtreme Series RX850 watt PSU

2x 120MM case fans

CD/DVD combo

1 Dimm 8gb Ram

I am asking because while playing Metro Last Light with GPUs in SLI mode the computer restarts, and after some researching I found that this may mean either a bad PSU or dying PSU.  If you also have other information about game play restarting computers would be much appreciated.

A 750W is more than enough though an 850 gives more headroom for OC, devices, AMD Crossfire in the future etc etc. I recommend the EVGA G2 750W or the G2 850W (As always ;P)

Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

550w. CPU will be about 150w and another 150w for each 660.

Okay, motherboard, RAM, Fans, CD Rom, watercooler for CPU all need power too... I know  they are minimal but do add up. I'd advise 750w MINIMUM and this is coming from a guy who spiked his SSD when pushing a corsair HX550w to it's limits

There's a sticky for this.

I would try putting CPU and GPU to stock clocks, and try to see if running without an overclock still causes a sudden reboot
