For us US people, thats like $3700 and probably worth $1000 - the titan z, so $4k, so I see it as 10% discount, not worth it IMO.

fail?

why is SuperFlower a fail?

you can change to different Ram ?! 1600MHz is standard for haswell anyway?!

cooler fail?

you think RED drives are anything special? They are prett much just WD green drives anyway ...

change the TitanZ to a cheaper model and the ram to 8GB and it is 2300€ ... 2 titan blacks cost 1600€

It isn't overpriced at all.

Also they even write on their homepage, that nothing is standard about the system and you should just give them a  call if you want something changed.

YOU Sir are the fail here.

Fail for the PSU brand ? Superflower make excellent psu's. The EVGA Supernova G2/P2 is made by them, along with many others.

The Prolimatech cooler is also very good with the right fan setup.
