I actually love it, got it with 20% discount, It's very accurate, VERY comfy in your hand and the 12 side buttons come in handy some times

It's actually quite easy to identify them, the bottom and 2nd from the top row have little stripes on them, like on your F and J keys.

They also give thicker rubber sticky thingy's with it, so you can stick them on the keys you use most, or to practice thumb placement.

It's funny actually. I had about 250-300 posts and i wanted to change my member title. 

As soon as i realised you needed 500 posts, I started to spend more time on the forum, actually helping other people, since then i'm hooked and i can't go without this place. This was one week ago (i think) .

When you really help people and spend alot of time, you can (like me) go from ~300 posts to 700 in like a week.

Whenever you have a choice between Logitech and Razer peripherals, Logitech is always the correct answer. If it's a mouse you're looking for, get the G602 or something.

I had the Ouroboros and even though I got it for around $65-90 I recently replaced it with a different mouse. The Ouroboros is an interesting design and is quite modular. It's of medium weight and you can customize it to your hand size. Personally, I found the ergonomics very lacking. It's an ambidextrous mouse so that comes with the territory, but the feel of the mouse wasn't very nice. It's built well, with a good mouse wheel and good left/right clicks.

 

Green lighting is all over it though. Personally, I don't really like the green lighting that much. It matched my Razer Blackwidow nicely, but alas I want to replace this keyboard with something a little more tame (and quieter).

 

The biggest downside of the Ouroboros is the drivers and the software. It goes to sleep and is laggy waking up, taking up to 3-5 seconds to fully wake up if you set it to sleep. I had issues with intermittent signal in random situations and the mouse/software not loading the proper settings for the sensitivity.

 

I say avoid it until Razer improves the software, really.

ive had the razor ourobouros for a month now (sorry if my spelling isn't the best). at first it was a little overwhelming trying to find the specific setting right for for me. so far I've had a few problems....

1)when it charges it get quite warm after a while

2)connecting to the wireless dock thing is sometimes buggy and sends me to a higher dpi for a while and then goes back down

 

other than that its been outstanding and those problems aren't bad for the mouse.

 

 is it worth it?

a definite maybe.....

Yea, thats always a problem, with buggy connectors and heat. And your spell isn't that bad
