Xbox One making loud buzzing noise.

So I recently purchased an Xbox One and I already regret it as it is making this terrible buzzing noise that I can't figure out. The Xbox makes a fairly loud noise that sounds like buzzing or static such as described in other forums or videos but they claim to have the noise coming from the power supply, while mine is coming from within the console itself. It sounds almost like a loud hard drive, but it is different and more "staticy". The odd thing is that the noise continues even when my console is turned off. And I say again it is not the power supply. I have the power supply a few feet from the console itself and it is very obviously coming from the console. When the console is turned off the noise is a bit quieter and cuts in and out more than when the console is on. When the console is on the noise is basically non stop. The only way I can get the noise to stop is by unplugging the psu from the console and efficiently cutting all power to the console. So does anyone have any clue what this problem is and how I should deal with it?

I am being 100% genuine when I say this. Give the Top and bottom a slap or soft hit.
Also works great on AIO coolers.
Punches work on OEM PSU's
or
Call MS support
or
If that doesn't work go back to where you got it, ask for exchange/refund/repair

Haha this used to work great on old TV's when the image went fuzzy or the sound sucked. At this point punching it is all I want to do anyways.
