What program is best and easiest to use for editing videos? (please help)

So I want to record some gameplays and edit it a little bit,mostly sound effects and to add voice over,and to cut scene's,and things like that. Nothing to much,just to have some fun. So what is best program?
I would like that it is free,or it has trial at least. I don't won't some program that will have only few options,until I upgrade.
So thank you very much and please help me.

Not quite the best, but camtasia studio 8 is pretty easy to use.

 

(the best program will not be easy to use as it will have tons of different functions)
