Motorola Phone Question

I am about to buy a phone, and im not sure what to buy. My first question, Is 3g good enough, or is 4g worth the extra money? If 4g is worth it, what should I buy? I could either add a micro sd card to the moto g with 4g (because it only has 8 gb storage) or I could just pony up and buy the moto x. Im just not sure what the best choice is.

 

So, do I want 3g moto g with 16gb, the 4g moto g +micro sd card, or should I pony up and buy the moto x?

i get shaw go so I would never get a data plan anyway 4g isnt worth it for me and on contract the moto x is free

4G is only worth it if you're in an area that has it without any spotty connection.

Pony up and get the moto x - I have a moto g 4g its awesome, I'm happy I wont sell it, but if I could redo it I'd take the X.

Moto X+1 is supposed to be coming out at some motorola event in like a week or two, i forget the date. If it's as low priced as the moto X was at first, it'll be fifty bucks on contract or so and will last a lot longer than a moto X you'd get for free on contract.

 

I've had my moto x for not quite a year now, and it's already showing it's age.

 

Also having 4g over 3g is soooo worth it, it's a huge speed increase afaik
