So is there a capture device that will allow me to capture/play my PS4 through my pc and onto my ROG swift without any delay?

 

I use the Extreme Cap U3 to play my xbox360 through my ROG Swift and I don't notice any type of delay. I think the delay at 60fps is 3 frames. Some guy had the equipment to test this and he found out that the delay was 50ms.
