R9 280, no signal problems.

Friend built a pc.
Mobo:970-G43
CPU:8320
GPU:R9 280
PSU:650W with 6+6+2+2 pins.

RAM: 8 GB.
So yeah the problem i';m getting he put everything together, pc starts everything works, fans spin, everything spin, plug it in the hdmi, no signal, it shows its a pc, tho doesn't show signal. So yeah, if anybody had a problem like that, explain plox, otherwise gonna RMA gpu.

I meant, you can read it as either "I'm having a problem which involves no signal" or "I have no problems with my signal"
